Clay Carter completed his undergraduate degree at the University of Kentucky earning a degree in Biology in 2014. He continued his graduate training in North Carolina at Wake Forest University receiving his Masters of Medical Sciences in Physician Assistant Studies in 2019. Upon graduating, Clay moved back to Owensboro, KY to start his medical career working in Internal Medicine. In 2021, he joined the Kentucky Skin Cancer Center team looking forward to serving patients in his home state of Kentucky.
When not in the office, Clay enjoys spending time with his three nieces, golfing, and hiking around Mammoth cave and the Red River Gorge.
