Surgical Medical Assistant: Experience Preferred

Job Requirements
Acknowledge patients with a friendly, compassionate, and energetic greeting
Promptly provide daily phone coverage
Follow communication scripts when handling different topics
Coordinate appointments, schedule and counsel patients seeking care in person or over the telephone
Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening skills
Patient focus and adaptability to different personality types
Ability to multi-task, set priorities, and manage time effectively
Answer patient’s questions about services, surgeries, and products
Collect payments via telephone

Job Requirements
